Dailer Gateways

HI Guys
OS: ubuntu 12.
Im having issues getting my campaign to make a call. I have done the install and have registered a SIP trunk in FreeSwitch.
Name Type Data Status
external::xx.xxx.x.xx gateway sip::username@xx.xxx.x.xx REGED

In newfies admin console my Dailer Gateway is :

Name: external::41.168.2.71

Gateway: sofia/gateway/external::41.168.2.71
Newfies:1.5.2

Now when my campaign tries to make a call nothing happens even on the fs_cli there is no activity. If i log an extension and make a call its fine from a softphone so i know the freeswitch trunk is working.

Hi

Copy and paste the exact gateway name as listed in sofia status in the gateway in Newfies-Dialer, e.g. in the example below:

external::switch.star2billing.com   gateway                sip:123456789@switch.star2billing.com   REGED

You would put sofia/gateway/switch.star2billing.com/

Don't forget the trailing forward slash / it's important.

Thanks for you reply. Im currenlty rebuilding the Server as i have trying to many things. I will try this option as i did leave out the trailing "/" Also is there a way to checl if the Newfies Dailer is actually talking to the FS?
