Dear Supplier,

I'm having the following error:

COuld you help me?

Newfies version: 2.8.4
O.S Version: Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS 64 bits

Hi

Also having the exact same problem. When starting a campaign the call goes out fine but hangs up as soon as the call is answered.

Using newfies v2.8.10

that usually mean the campaign haven't sealed the survey template correctly, I will recommend to look if Celery is running properly
