Better Documentation for use

1) Creation of audio file. Where do we upload it?
2) Press Options. - Where can we set the options for press 1 to do this press 2 to do that?
3) Better label on the form fields or more tips. Just putting data does not help.
4) Creation of Voip applications. I have a relative knowledge with programming but where can we edit the default app? Where how what?
