Hello, i have set up succesfully the system and wiling to try the IVR system that described in http://www.newfies-dialer.org/solutions/telemarketing/
Is the survery application the IVR system? or it can be hanlded otherwise.
As in the survey there is no option to make an outbound call for connnecting to another telephone number in a company and then to speak with a representative.
or move the telephone number to another group lets say for example that there is a group of contacts named "accepted" and if the person press 4 for example then the number can be moved on that contact group. otherwise to stay on the existing contact group.
In the voice application its an option to select dial and as far as i check it can dial a number but not after a sequence of an mp3 sound.to have the opportunity to control the flow of the call..
a documentation or possible way to achieve it with maybe xml file ..???? it would be ideal..
