Hi,

I manage to receive call ,but once receive the call, other then no getting the caller id that I am intend to, the recording that i receive is not complete too. For example , missing of first few second.

After few testing, I found that the issue happening is because when the time the recipient start ring, the recorded voice start to broadcast although the receipeint not yet pick up phone. that is cause of missing few second infront.

I would suspect that your carrier is answering the call, which is triggering the recording to start. It is necessary that your carrier does not answer the call. Raise a trouble ticket with them.

I sending call the a2billing, and over at a2billing I had alrady set to no answer call, and no false dail tone at dailcommand. Thing still the same.

The recording won't start playing until the call is answered, therefore something in the chain between Newfies-Dialer and before the called party must be answering the call.
