Couple questions

i already have a voip provider, www.gradwell.com, do i still need to use freeswitch?, i currently use voicent and all i have to do is connect voicent to thier viop servers which enables me to broadcast by phone, only think is i want to increase the level of calls out, with voicent i have to buy licenses to do this

Also what are the recommended hardware specification ?

Yes you still need to use Freeswitch, but our installation take care of setting up FreeSWItCH for you, you only need to configure your gateway gradwell.

Hardware really depends of the load you want to achieve, the amount of CPS and concurrent calls you want to achieve.
