Hi,

Make sure the campaign is set to the status "START" and it's assign to a phonebook which have contacts.

Check if Newfies-Dialer Celery is running : "ps auxw | grep celery"

I will also advice that you troubleshoot newfies-dialer, follow this documentation :
http://www.newfies-dialer.org/docs/en/l ... oting.html

I'm reinstalling the server, using the instruction provided in "Newfies-dialer.pdf". I will let you know shortly if the same problem happening.

I will advice to run "/etc/init.d/newfies-celeryd start"
and tell us what you get and/or what you see in the logs.

it's clear there is an error to start celery, nothing seems to show up your the logs.
I wonder if this is related to Xen

xen it's just a name i called my host e.g. http://74.3.167.160:8008 or http://xen.absolutetel.com:8008

my server is running on OpenVZ image running Ubuntu 10.04 64bit (8GB of ram, 1TB HD)

i'm actually confused, because i just follow your basic instruction http://www.newfies-dialer.org/documenta ... ers-guide/ by running

wget https://raw.github.com/Star2Billing/new ... all-all.sh

bash install-all.sh
