I want to test survey app but it doesnt work. what can I do solve this problem

when call all contact list but no reports ????
Alert : No record found!.

Please run a new installation and let us know if you still have issues.

I have installed new verison . survey is working now but I dont hear any voice ( my survey audio )

I tried *.wav , mp3, ogg

what is problem
can you help me

Try /etc/init.d/plivocache restart
If you see any errors, I will advice to reinstall Plivo as follow :

You should reinstall version 1.2, this bug has been solved!

I have installed 1.2 (twice) (clean installation ubuntu 10.04 LTS)
