We have a new installation of newfies installed. Freeswitch is running and we have a gateway configured and registered with our SIP gateway. The gateway shows registered and we have made a successful test call from Freeswitch. The issue we are experiencing I believe is because we have something configured incorrectly in newfies. What happens is that when we start a campaign we see the phone numbers being sent to Freeswitch to originate the call, however, the string is in the wrong format. Instead of the dial string being "sofia/gateway/sipgatewayname/phone number" the string looks like "sofia/external/phone number". Everything else seems to be functioning. Can you give us some ideas on what we might have configured incorrectly? Thank you.
