Alert : Your settings are not configured properly, Please ..

Hi,
As a new newfies-dailer user, I have made the installation successfully on a local machine.
I can access the newfies-dailer interface from another desktop using : http://192.168.2.11:8008

Before going farward, i have this alert on the home screen :
Alert : Your settings are not configured properly, Please contact the administrator. (Notification sent)

and this on the notification screen :

"Dialer setting configuration dialer_setting_configuration root 2012-01-21 08:07:07"

nothing else permit to get more detailed information about what's wrong !!!

Any idea to fix this notification ??
