Caller ID in Campaign

Hi Everyone

I have setup Newfies-Dialer V2.7.3 on Ubuntu Server 12.04, did a quick test with 2500 contacts and it worked flawlessly.
I have now added a second carrier that allows me to change CID, but when I specify the CID in the Campaign under "Callerid" it does not display on the users device, just shows "unknown caller".

Taken from sofia: 2013-10-28 16:55:25.118518 [INFO] switch_channel.c:2977 sofia/external/07xxxxxxxx Flipping CID from "07xxxxxxxx" <07xxxxxxxx> to "Outbound Call" <07xxxxxxxx>
I assume this means that is it "passing" the CID but the issue is rather with my provider than with Newfies-Dialer?
My provider insists the issue is with "my" system.

As this also my first post I would like to say a huge thank you to your team for this absolutely awesome dialer/AVM etc.
I am busy convincing my "higher ups" to purchase the Voice-mail detection AMD ;)
We will be pumping 1million records soon to see how the dialer handles.

maybe the caller-id-in-from can help.
