Hi, i got a few questions:

1. Why are my campaigns from yesterday got deleted? I haven't deleted any but when I checked out today, all are gone and I can't download the CDR reports.
2. I got a partial report from yesterdays campaign, and I only have 30-40% total calls. These has been happening for a few weeks now, and the frequency is set to 100 and I have about 6-7 hours time set to keep the calls running. I also tried to max it up but I get same results and lots of failed calls.
3. How can I lessen the failed calls? Should I increase my retries? I was worried this could even lower my total calls.

1. Campaign doesn't disappear for no reasons, either you or one of your users might be deleted, perhaps someone with access to the admin
2. I will advice to monitor your campaign on FreeSWITCH CLI and see if you have any errors, look at FreeSWITCH logs and also if Celery did outbound all the call correctly.
3. Make sure no errors happen when calls are made, see comments above.
