NO Calls made when same phone number is in DNC and Phonebook

Hi All,
I was testing newfies dialer and it is working fine except one problem I am facing is that when use DNC list in Campaign called ABC, if that DNC list contains the phone number which is in the ABC Campaign's phonebook contact list then no calls were made. In logs its showing "ERROR/PoolWorker-6] Contact (5121234567) in DNC list". The work around I did is to manually De-Active the phone number in the ABC Campaign's phonebook list, afterwards its working fine.

Please check and inform am I using the DNC in right way or am I missing some settings.

I re-install the dialer and its working fine.
