Campaign Status

Hi,


How does the start and end time means on dialer? I have campaign yesterday which has about 300 phone numbers on it. I set them at around 12:00pm and end it at 8:00pm. But until now the status was still "STARTED". I double checked the dates and all are set for yesterday only. Does this mean that the campaign run yesterday? It would be better if the campaign status was change from Started to Done/Completed/Finish but it didn't.

At the moment the status of the campaign doesn't update automatically, so it's to the user to check the campaign finished and stop it via the action button.

Hi Areski,

Apologies if this is a dumb question but is there a way to check whether a campaign has finished using the API? I am running version 2.10.1-24.

Not for the moment, there isn't an automatic process that flag the campaign as "Finished", this will be a nice to have.
