Multi-chose is amazing. i can do many things but it isnt possible to go an another module with press a touch.
will be there in future a module IVR with press 1 transfer?
it ll be a module multi-choose+transfer?

Yes you can but you have to assign a value for the Multichoice you want to use.
This is a mechanism that allow us to only do a multichoice on predefined keys.

For instance with multichoice you can easily do "Press 1 for call transfer or Press 9 to be added to the DNC list"
on the Press 1 case you have to enter a value of your choice, ie "transfer" and press 9 also ie "DNC"
Then on the branching you will be able to select 1 and 9.

I already used the Multi-choose in this mode, ie for " if you want to listen press 1" and then in branching i connect the Module-messagge wih 1.
But if in Multi-choose i say " press 1 for transfer" , i connect in branching 1 with module Transfer..... in module -transfer i have put anytihng.
