How can I reset the call requests so that when I make a new campaign with the same contact book, the contacts actually get called.

I dont want to mess around with the campaign settings that ask a delay in seconds between when a contact is redialed.

There is a feature to duplicate a campaign, this helps to relaunch quickly a campaign to the same phonebook or to a different one.

It does not work. If I make a new campaign, and choose a phone book that I called before, start the campaign, the calls get submitted but they are stuck as pending - allow retry.

What needs to be done. This is very frustrating.
