Is there a technical document for using TTS with contact fields?
If I am doing everything right, and it still not working, wouldn't that be considered a bug? Or is there something I am missing?

As you can see below the DB does have first and last name, but the system says "last name" instead of "Test" when I use {last_name} in the script
