Sequential Calling vs Concurrent

Hi I'm trying to figure out why our newfies-dialer system would only be making campaign calls sequentially.
The Dialer Gateway is configured as 100 concurrent calls & our sip account has no limit on the number of concurrent calls but when running a campaign it seems to only step through the phone book list sequentially Finishing one call before starting the next.

You have a setting on the campaign that allow you to configure the # of call per minutes.
There is no sequential calling in Newfies-Dialer, the calls processing is asynchronous.
