call rang on phones but got disconnected after pickup

Hi,
Good day all, any help to resolve this error will be highly appreciated,
when I made the test call using TTS, the call rang on my phone but got disconnected immediately after I picked without playing any voice, the same thing happened when I uploaded wav file, call got delivered and once picked, it got disconnected. any help...

Also I noticed I cant find folder "plivo" in "share" so I cant see log from following location:
/usr/share/plivo/tmp/plivo-rest.log
and /usr/share/plivo/tmp/plivo-outbound.log

Please what could be the problem

Hi,

To clarify we don't use plivo anymore, so there is no reference to it in our latest documentation :

We fixed this in our installation process, what happened is that one of our dependencies package changed in development version which affected our stable release.

You might be able to run those command manually to get it fixed or run a fresh installation.

Thanks for the reply, please tell me the command you said I can run or could this be the command you refer to:

When I did, it later prompted me that it would remove old installation and install a fresh one, so I ext it. if this is the only option I wont mind to re-install fresh one, just want to know.

I did a clean and fresh installation and I got same error as attached previously and yet the call still got disconnected once picked up... please help.

Ok we tried few install today and we realized we were missing the installation of cmake, which is now needed.
This has been corrected on the latest release.

So a re-installation should be fine!

Re-installation is fine.

When I creates a Customer, the "Campaign" and "Reporting" menu are not dropping down the sub-menu in other for normal customer to create campaign and view reports. I thought its browser problem so I checked with three browsers (IE, Moxila, and Chrome), its same issue. Or is it a setting from the admin that has disable all customers created from displaying those menu?

It's a permission problem when you create a customer you have to assign them with the right ACL.
You can also use the admin user to run campaign.

User permission is set and ok now.

i set up a sub domain to point to the ip, i keep getting "Internal Server Error":

if the server IP where Newfies is deployed is 1.0.0.1:8008
I setup a sub-domain say sub.myhost.com and point to 1.0.0.1 using "A" Record on the Edit DNS
when I type the subdomain only on the browser it opens up the Newfies home page fine, but when I type sub.myhost.com:8008 (with the port) on the browser, i got "internal server error". Even though I changed the Sites Name on the admin to reflect the subdomain complete path, yet I still got the error...
