I tried installing the application but failed on several attempt(using the install script on fresh Ubuntu 12.04 server 64bit). The only time it succeeded It installed without any Styling(CSS). So I had to start all over again. Unfortunately I do not have any experience with python and django, so attempting to do a manual install was difficult. It Fails at the point of checking the dependencies. i.e. South not Installed etc. I will appreciate it if I could get a manual install direction (done a lot of studying). The script is just not working for me. Thanks

I would advice to read the install script, this might help if you want to do a manual install yourself.
Are you using any type of VM ?

You can always pastebin us the output of the install script, this will allow us to see if an issue happen.
