Call hangup no matter campaign type

Fresh Install of 1.5 (installed yesterday from install-all.sh) and campaign dials number and automatically hangs up as soon as the call picks up. I have tried playing an MP3 and a wave file as well as a text to speech campaign. All end in the call hanging up as soon as answered.

All the logs I can see appear as if the call completed normally with the exception of the newfieslua log which logs the following:

Any ideas?

Which version do you see when you go on the admin section ?
