Survey Error

So I have installed Newfies 2.10.1. When I login as customer, I do the following procedures.

Campaign--->Voice Campaign--->
I then Click add and I get this error.

"Server Error You've encountered an error!"

I have tailed this log and I see nothing.

tail -f newfies_dialer.error_log
