Hi,
I'm using V1.4.2, after running the campaign the call being shown in call request but its status is Failure and Call Request Type is CANNOT RETRY.
would you please advise how to trace the issue?

You should trace the issue into FreeSWITCH and try to find out why the call didn't get through your gateway.
