I want to test survey app but it doesnt work. what can I do solve this problem

when call all contact list but no reports ????
Alert : No record found!.

please help
this is urgent for me

I have installed new verison . survey is working now but I dont hear any voice ( my survey audio )

I tried *.wav , mp3, ogg

what is problem

Try /etc/init.d/plivocache restart
If you see any errors, I will advice to reinstall Plivo as follow :

2) telephone is ringing but when I answer call its closing TIME IS 0 (ZERO)

You should reinstall version 1.2, this bug has been solved!
